Unplugging in a Stress-Filled World

Wow… what an incredible journey it has been to host weekly Contrast Therapy classes at Alchemy Springs. Seeing your enthusiasm, commitment, and openness to this practice has been beyond inspiring.

When Nahal and I first envisioned teaching these classes two years ago, we could only hope that one day we’d not only be leading sessions but also building a community of individuals who truly resonate with this work. And now, here we are—together.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

Since October, we’ve held 17 sessions with 100 unique participants, and nearly a quarter of you have attended multiple times. That kind of dedication speaks volumes.

We live in a world where stress is a constant, woven into the fabric of our daily lives. But what’s clear is that resilience isn’t built by avoiding stress—it’s built by engaging with it in a healthy, intentional way. Contrast Therapy gives us the space to unplug, become present, and train our nervous system to handle life’s demands with more ease.

In a world of instant gratification, seeking out controlled stress—like heat and cold exposure—helps recalibrate our baseline, making us more grounded, clear, and resilient. By leaning into discomfort, we unlock a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and connection.

We’ll be taking a short break in early March to recharge, but we’re back with sessions starting March 25—and you can book now.
